3 precious and incredible points away from home has certainly lifted the spirits of every fan. Our goal difference with a third consecutive clean sheet coupled with a few hammering's elsewhere, has also improved our position.

10/10 for the keeper today as well and a good debut partnership between Diakite and Roberge. All in all, a great day.

Just occurred to me having seen that post... Are De Fanti's signings starting to look up to the job?

    Cabral aside.

New signings are looking to be coming good, we still need more quality though. All in all its a happy day to be a Sunderland fan.

Mannone, Celustka, Roberge, Diakite, Giacherinni, Altidore and Ki all played today. Maybe too early to say they are but maybe I could be wrong about him too? Thing is we cant lose either way. If they are we get stronger 2nd half of the campaign. If they are not we get to bring new faces in and Di Fanti is peddled.

It would've been if we'd lost.

It just shows that those who keep the faith have more dignity than the doom mongers who'd have been on here tonight whinging non-stop.

It's much easier to predict defeat and jump on the happy bandwagon than to be optimistic and suffer the attacks of the pessimists.

The whingers were attacking people after the match, last week, who were predicting & hoping we'd beat Norwich.

    ****ers.

It's amazing what happens when you allow overseas players time to settle. <whistle>:p

Don't get the relevance mate. They'd still need time to settle regardless of coach

I didn't say play the kids you mug. I said let's play some of our B team players like Fletcher. yes I'm happy we won but tomorr is huge because if we lose then the Everton result means nothing.
