Do you know I couldn't even be bothered to find out the result until it was on the beeb news which I just happened to be watching. I couldn't care less about Holloway's managerial career now and Watford are an Italian clubs B team. It just held no interest for me at all.
My beloved statistics tell us that it won't be long before Crystal Palace are struggling at the foot of the PL and are likely to be relegated. Their star player Zaha is after all already on his way to Manchester United (Nani on loan anyone?). So, what would make me sit up and take notice is Holloway still being in post once the slide is underway, not scraping through to promotion by finishing 5th and winning a couple of knock-out games. Well done Crystal Palace but don't expect your manager to stick with you once you're in the trenches.
Ollie will move on once the rot has set! he will go to another Championship club on the verge of the Playoffs or promotion!!! It could have been us once upon a time... our time may still come one day in the future!! I think def play offs this season for us. Us and Pompey for Promotion....
Christ joe where did that positive thought come from? I can see it now, Portsmouth and us going toe to toe and face each other with 3 games to go. The ground is full and the winner will be crowned champions for the season. Oh hand on a minute that was QPR a few seasons ago.......and then I woke up and it was all a dream. At least I hope it is a dream and the season doesn't turn out to be another nightmare anyway.
Well that is how i see it, us and Pompey for the title or at least Promotion,, i think Bristol Rovers will be there this season.. Yep it would be a nice dream.. lets hope it all starts and goes well. the luck surely has to change...
