Can anyone tell me exactly how much QPR and Norwich will be getting for their promotion to the Premier League. I'm working with a guy out here in Australia who reckons its in the region of 56 million ( ? ) , and about 10 million if they go back down again . It would help solve the argument if you knew where the money comes from as well i.e. Sky or the P.L.
ã56 million is an utter load of bollocks. I'm sure you get less than that for actually winning the Premier League itself. With ã56 million, all the promoted teams could have some of the largest transfer funds in the entire league.
I agree but I want some sort of figure to come back at him with, I thought it was something like 10 million but I think it was increased last year. I'm sure fat Mike Ashley would know the exact amount but I don't know how to contact him.
I think that with TV payments it is somewhere in the region of ã15,000,000 but I stand to be corrected.
