Promising Young Striker Could Become Free Agent

Discussion in 'Liverpool' started by Luis Figo no7, Jul 27, 2011.

  1. Le Parisen is reporting that Caen striker M’Baye Niang’s contract with the French club maybe ruled null and void by the local authorities. It means that the young French forward could be a free agent, sparking a race for his signature. Liverpool, Spurs and Arsenal were reportedly interested in the player before these latest developments, and they will surely be watching very closely what happens next.

We have been linked a lot in the past. Agreed with Foredeckdave regarding the contract situation. I would expect a lot of legal issues would have to be sorted out before anybody could sign him.
