So two games are starting today... Villa v Sheff UNITED Man City v Arsenal I’m struggling to get interested in football, at the moment. I’ve watched a few leagues being played behind closed doors and it’s a struggle keeping the game on the TV for 90 minutes. It’s like watching a training match and there also seems to be less chances being created and less goals in these games. Football really is **** all without the fans. I’ll predict 0-0 in the Villa - Sheff UTD game and 2-0 City.
There seem to be loads of goals in the Bundesliga games and thought attacking players were trying a lot more training ground stuff as they weren’t as concerned about making mistakes. Think if you support a **** team like I do its going to be less fun as they aren’t going to be lifted by the crowd so more likely games go with form/quality. Looking forward to it, although all weekday games seem to be timed for evenings in UK so too late to catch here.
3 goals in 3 games for the Spanish and 8 goals in 4 games for the Germans yesterday. It would be interesting in a few weeks time to see the difference on goals per game with and without supporters. It may just be me but the lack of atmosphere is killing it, for me.
I'll definitely be interested when United play. Looking forward to those. Tonight will just be because it's been so long without the domestic games I want to watch one. But I have a feeling I'll end up just focusing on my own club's games.
Ill watch the Gooners game, cos I want City to lose of course, not fussed about shef wed v villa, Im not a fan of villa tbh brummy ****s
Got an email in to say that my Man Utd season tickets qualify me for free one day Sky Passes to the two Utd games that are not on free for view TV and I will also be sent a digital programme on the match days. Wonder if I will get a digital half time pie and a beer.
Just a note to say it was open again now. Newcastle are doing a similar thing to try and recreate the Match Day experience. They are sending us Mike Ashley’s email address so we can insult him for 90mins.
90 mins only will be a relief for him. I reckon the camera's going to pan out and he'll be sat there in the seats with a fat grin sticking 2 fingers up
according to papers you have a new suitor who has bid £350m - not a Saudi mind so it may get green light
