TV time is pretty limited and even then it's the apple TV and netflicks for their shows, 'noAds to warp the kids into wanting ****e, the cartoons are in English which has helpted their English a lot.

oh the ads are terrible. I've had to cut the daughter off. every 5 mins its i want this toy. I never buy any of them but they have her compeltely sold on them

Her latest at 4 is youtube... get on there and watch people play with toys and then play the same game but the bartards add in a few new toys and subliminally suggest she needs them for the game... she's too smart for me to stop her doing all sorts of games on all these devices but it like ffffffffsssssssssss stop selling.

My lad is 4 atm, he also seems to go to that stuff when he is allowed on the tablet.

The ads crap is ridiculous. The ads back home on UK TV were and are mental. It's like brainwashing the kids into wanting **** <laugh> Almost like allowing marketing ****s unfettered access to your kids minds <doh>

yes. I have taken to recording on demand as much as possible as it cuts it out or watching recording.

y 3 year old is a nervy little so and so. He won't use the mouse but is quite ok directing me to do so. Its all part of education these days. he can use tablet like mad. no internet on it as its turned off so he plays educational games. Is obsessed with secret agent oso who i got some toys of and then is colouring too.. is it disastrous.. not yet but if the ads get him i'm screwed.

We do educational logic games on screen for shapes and colours and numbers and letters.

Oso teaches him to blow his nose.. I find this most agreeable personally.
