Problems with Videos

I think I asked this question in the past, but every time I try and post a video in a thread, my page greys out and becomes unresponsive. I can still type in the background, but the page sort of whites a bit and once you click off the text box I can't do anything unless I refresh the page. I have the swearing filter off, so it can't be that, any ideas?

 

Do you click on the video icon to add a video or type [ video ] [ /video ] ?

 

I've been using the icon...

Eh? I wasn't being sarcastic? Like I said, I just click the video icon and the screen whites out. Seems to work ok when I type it though.
