The Chairboys welcome The O's to Adams Park after a near six year absence with both teams looking for their first points of the season. Matty Bloomfield looked like a man carrying the world on his shoulder after Saturday's game but the games are coming thick and fast so we go again with yet another alteration to the line up personally I would like to see us go back to a back four. I will be away again for this game I will have to decide if I watch the game or just listen to it although that didn't go to plan on Saturday when I tuned in for the second half and turned off after the third let's all hope for better times to come
.... and still both goalless in the League. What price 0-0 Although both leak at the back. Maybe a total of 50 shots, none on target
Not sure why, but confident for this one. The Tuesday factor and hopefully a back 5 of Forino, Taff and Low. With Boyes and VY. This looks our best back 5. However I wouldn’t mind a back 4 either.
This Keogh chap looks older than me. Is he any good? I just wonder how we have leaked so many goals with Taff and Forino in a back 3 against Lincoln. Surely the back 3 should have been Grimmer, Forino and Taff
Looking at the highlights, 2 crosses which should have been defended and actually a good third goal (albeit with wide open space for their player). Could have been different if Grimmer had taken that early golden opportunity.
The only good thing about the next two games with our start I would rather be at home for two games whereas Orient & Burton both have two away games
If we lose tonight it will be 5 wins from 20 games surely enough to mean the end of Blooms as our manager as he's not up to the job,we all wanted him to do well but let's be fair he hasn't.
That is true it’s not good enough, however only 3 games with players he wants, and he has won one of those. I’d give him till Christmas, if we are still in relegation zone then, yes, a change might be needed.
Christmas? Bloody hell it needs to be gone long before that to give a new manager enough time to turn things around,i believe the Cowley brothers would be a good fit.
Don’t agree, give him time with this squad. If we are struggling at Chrismas then it gives the next manager a transfer window to work with.
The owners have spent a lot of money bringing new players to the club if it goes tits up do you think they will want to spend more money if Bloomfield is still our manager? If this poor run continues it's going to cost us lots of money with less people attending matches or watching on Wanderers TV,i for one won't be paying £10 to watch us get beat.
I kind of agree with that, however, as they have spent so much on player recruitment they might be inclined to give him more time than less time.
