No it isn't a mis-type. And yes it is premature. But I'm thinking, whatever happens to Sea Moon in the St Leger now could be a good time to get a decent price for next year's Arc. Being the leading middle-distance 3-y-o in Europe he might well have won the Derby had he not had a training set back. Also he is lightly raced and has scope to improve. His sire Beat Hollow was himself 3rd in the Derby (won by subsequent Arc winner Sinndar) and has an impeccable pedigree being sired by Sadlers Wells out of Wemyss Bight who was sired by Dancing Brave (another Arc winner of course) out of Bahamian (sired by Mill Reef, yet another Arc winner, out of a mare by Busted). Sea Moon's dam Eva Luna was by dual Arc winner Alleged (who would have been undefeated but for losing out to the filly Dunfermline in the St Leger) out of Media Luna who was by another Arc Winner Star Appeal out of a mare by Vimy who won the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes. All I can say to that pedigree is "WOW"
