How much do you think season passes will rise when/if we are still in the prem. Walking home after the game on sat i got listening to a few people talking about the price of our season pass next season. Most said they would struggle if it went up by more than 50 notes. One of the group thought Mr Allam might be tempted to go all out and stick a ton on to the price. Got to say never even thought about it with all the name change going on but 50 notes sounds ok to me .
I can tell you now, when they do go up he'll trot out the line about the fact that he wants to charge £10 per game for adults but becuase the council wont gi....sorry sell him the KC to allow him to demolish it and build prop....sorry expand to an increased capacity, then his hands are tied. Can we sticky this post?
If they go up £50 I think most will manage, especially if the Hull Tigers thing is knocked back. If it flies, expect people to say screw it. Over £50 rise no matter what happens, I think, will take the piss.
I don't think he'll mention the council going forward, they're chasing him now and he doesn't want to know.
They want a development on the site, ideally in partnership with him, but it'll never happen. If he wants to buy the stadium, then their open to offers, but they'd still have a referendum, so it probably wouldn't get through anyway.
I'm surprised they haven't made the first deadline for cheapest prices before the FA's judgement on the name. Yet.
They'll rise but i think even Mr Allam knows what type of area Hull is so he won't put them up too much. Well if he's the smart businessman he makes out anyway
So does the club have 2 different templates ready at the printers ready to send out as soon as the FA decides ? Am I right in thinking the renewal forms are sent in March - but will AA wait until April when the decision on the name is made ? Or will he just send them out anyway with Hull Tigers on ?
But hang on, isn't everyone saying Hull Tigers will be a completely new club? How can you renew memberships to a new club?
I spoke to our commercial manager a couple of weeks back, he said the season tickets and badge for the shirt were held up awaiting the FA decision, but they should both be in work by now(in fact, the badge was supposed to be signed off in December), god knows what will happen if there's no announcement until April.
Just wait and see. Can't really slag off an increase that hasn't happened. Everything else has gone up recently though. As for buying the stadium to flog it off for property and a profit... Have people not heard of covenants, and planning laws? You could avoid that future possibility quite easily.
I will be paying cash for all my season passes but shouldn't those who pay in installment have received something by now?
It'll be a disaster. Our replica shirts have never arrived late in the club shop before meaning the club misses out on vital summer holiday sales. Oh wait...
1 The increase in season pass prices is due to the inability of the club to market itself globally because of the protest against the name change. 2 The increase in season pass prices is due to the loss of income due to the protracted FA application process. 3 There will not be any increase in season pass prices as the new club name has attracted a major investor. 4 There will not be any increase in season pass prices if the FA accepts the name change. Take your pick Or Assems revenge East Stand e1 to e4 £600, no concessions, no juniors. That will teach you for singing "No Assem No", sorry North stand sold out! West Stand upper £200 with a free blanket and unlimited bovril. Your silence is appreciated. Actually there is a move to introduce safe standing to the East stand. Its in the corner of West Park at the top end of Walton Street. It doesnt matter how much it is really, if the name changes I will not be renewing.
