YouTube Pretty Vicious - Cave Song, they are a new band from my neck of the woods I'd be interested in your thoughts. I'll post the vid myself when I'm not in work.
You posted it on the QPR music thread and I had a listen. It's not bad - I'd give it 6.5/10. The song doesn't have a strong enough hook/melody for me. It's an album filler. Arctic Monkeys/early Oasis/The Who influences but nothing that stands out as fresh. I don't think bands have to be original in style to be good, but their songs need to stand out - and this doesn't. You feel like you've heard it before. As I said it's not bad, it just isn't memorable.
