Ok. I've listened to it now.
I'm not sure how right they are tbh. From my seat I thought Hoilett did swap to the left most of the time when Adel went onto the right. Not always, but a lot of the time. Also, even the clips they show had Hoilett filling in on the left when Aedl was on the right and Adel's best chance came from him being on the left. Adel does drift inside, but he did in that winning run towards the end of last season too. Also, I got the impression that Traore couldn't get forward as much on the left due to his lack of fitness. He usually gives us some balance on that side.
Two holding midfielders, instead of a flat 4 in midfield would give us the balance they are talking about and allow Taarabt the freedom he needs.

Watched it nines and it only confirms what is obvious to everyone apart from Hughes and also backed up my conversation with howson about being unorganised.
Even i am now getting sick of writing about the worst manager i can remember. He should have plied his trade in the lower divisions first. He won't get sacked because the likeable Tony Fernandes is also naive to football knowledge. He needs to grow some balls and do what's right for QPR.
I believe Stoke will beat us on Saturday and the same old rubbish will come from Hughes and Tony, but at least we will have the stability in the bottom 3.
If we go down, This man will not get us back up.

Sadly Bob, I'm finding it very hard to disagree witha single word of that....from a season that promised so much, we are now almost gauranteed a relegation scrap again.

My decision to emigrate whilst we were on our way up is looking better now !!!

    Cant believe we've waited 15 years...for this !!! ? WTF

    Q. (depresesed, sober, lonely, p**sed off, really really p**sed off and frustr....to much info i think)!

Anyone could see that we were disorganised and imbalanced in is game. Traore was almost crying for the ball on the left side and I thought it was really bizarre how they refused to go down the left side and instead overcrowded the right.

I wasn't sure that this was all due to Taarabt having a free role, though. It maybe was a lack of game plan and players had no peripheral vision. Or maybe it was the plan but was just a crap one.

Anyway, the point is we should not be disorganised. This is why MH lost my support after the Reading game because they should be organised by now. Having new players is not an excuse. Even if they don't know each other well, they should have a good enough system to know what they're doing. Of course, I still support MH because he has the job and until he's fired I want him to do well. If he turns things around and starts organising the team well, I'll be more than happy to keep him. But at the moment I'm starting to see him as the main problem.

I think that the reason why he choose to play heavy on the right was more down to the crossing ability of McAnuff and Shorey, they can cross a ball in well and we are below average at heading at the moment so attack them and over load there and this will then stop them from breaking quickly on that side.

I do agree that someone should have filled in for Adel, but that is why I think he should be played as a No 10 and be given the freedom of the pitch where is is slightly relieved a little of his working duties and can do the things he does well creating and scoring.
