Pretty cool paper transfer accuracy rating!

    On a desperate google saerch for some uplifting transfer rumours to exorcise the depression caused by the C. Cole rumours i stumbled acros this site.

    There wasn't really much on it but what I did notice was a table at the side charting the various news outlet's accuracy when it came to transfer news considering NUFC.

    A pretty cool tool I would say as it allows us to weigh up the possibility of true rumour or whether it is a desperate tabloid just **** stirring!

    The Cole rumour came from the Daily Mirror did it not? Fear not, they have a 16.9% acc rating. The NOTW has a 6.7% acc ha ha ha.
    The Daily Record is top however with 40%. That seem to be the place to keep your eyes on

    Everyone should jump on that site anyway and rate the Carlton Cole transfer as a 'No Chance' .. then it will never happen because Pards will spot this and believe it ..

    Alright, calm down lads. my intention was not to start a debate on the reader base of the Daily Record. just if we hear a rumour, find it's source and compare to the chart. if it is from the NOTW we scoff and we walk away, if its from the Record we think, hmm maybe a bit of truth to that.

    To be honest, I never pay attention to the press since the club began keeping cards close to their chests.

    Many people (inc journalists) are aware of the positions we need to bolster so numerous players in these positions are bandied about at will.

    Until it's shown on the official club website; I simply ignore these prospects.
