Seen a few fans on different boards having a moan about Miller, he wasn't in it much today thats true, but thats just a gelling with the team needed.
Main thing was the way he took the goal, the guy knows where the net is and will get us goals this season, he can stand around all game if he's going to get the goals for us, thats my attitude.
Now I don't think that will be the case, I think with a bit more playtime this Miller will be a force, and should bellamy return we might have quite a lineup for others to worry about.
Wonderful to see every player trying for the whole game, it was hard to find fault on that with anyone.

We might not always get the result we want, but I think we will get the commitment from the players we want.

That was a gutsy display today that won us a game, now that I haven't seen too often from city the last few years.

miller is a bargain at £880k.

international experience, CL experience, played in big games, scored in big games.

he's also not afraid to put in a shift defensively unlike chopra. when you see cr*p players going for more than £1m nowadays i think malky might have pulled one out of the hat there.

We bought Miller (850K) for just over half the amount Ipswich paid for Chopra (1.5Million).

My opinion we got the best deal, Chopra will start out like a house on fire but by the time we get to cold and wet January mid-week night games he'll be a spent force.

Miller is a goal scorer and in the championship I think he will be better than Chopra.

    Just my opinion

Asked a lot of Rangers fans whay they thought of Miller, they said he will make a nuisance of himself all through the game, and be right in the oppositions face,, he will score goals given half a chance. 100% every game is what you get, a decent goalscorer, but basically a busy nuisance who will piss of defences and let others in to score...............That will do for me <ok>

He also seems to be a player that from an attacking perspective drifts in and out of the game. Earnie is always on the last man's shoulder and defences keep an eye on him. Miller seems to come deep and then go quiet, but while the eye's are on others around him, up he pops.

This is going to be a squad effort over the season, and even during a game. From an attacking perspective I think we've got that. Still feel we are short a body or two in the middle of the park.

MM has more options in terms of combinations up front than DJ had and that may be more important than the individual quality we had last year when we were a little predictable up front. Good, but predictable. Hopefully, we'll see substitutions with more than 5-10 mins to go as well.

I personally thought Miller worked well off the ball today, watch the game again and look for his movement. There were a few opportunities of Earnshaw's where he shouldn't have been greedy, and maybe provided for Miller instead. Also a big vocal performance from Miller too, overall, I was pleased!

I am happy to have Miller, but I would like to have Chops around as well. I think we could have had Miller, Earnshaw, Gestade and Chopra on our books.

A very workman like performance from the lads and worked hard for 95 minutes. Although I'll need to watch the match again as there a some blanks that need filling in after I predicted we'd lose 1-0 <yikes> and got a tad hammered after one or two <ale>s
Sometimes I like to be proven wrong and this is one of those ocassions :)
