In the premiership we have manager of the month and manager of the year.So also, we do have player of the month and player of the year. If the football association do want to give referee more recognation, they can start to award them referee of the month and referee of the year respectfully. I do not know how they are going to work this out but can be performance related. Referees that make less mistakes in games in a month can be referee of the month. By giving referees this honour they are likely to be more dedicated to their job, and before making harsh decisions they are to think twice. Any referee that is not up to stardard can be removed or relegated to lower league. Comments.
