OK - excluding Watford of course who do you want to see finish top and bottom in the Prem and Championship - and why? For me Spurs top in Premiership as my family are life long Spuds - but of course I know it cannot happen. Bottom - West Ham - I cannot stand Sam Allardyce Championship - Norwich because they always seem to be a "nice" club - not so very much bigger than Watford in terms of support they can draw on but always seem to perform well Bottom - Cardiff - I hate Tan, and I hate how he treated Malky and their supporters are quite an aggressive bunch on here - I am not keen on baby face Solskjaer either with his Man U past. I remember when they went up two years ago how their fans kept on about how great they were and would establish themselves as Wales top team - Swansea must laugh. (Leeds are good alternatives to Cardiff though).
Premiership. Champions - Burnley (because of SD & because they haven't got much money) - not keen on some of their fans though. Or. - Stoke City (might be an unpopular choice this but I lived in the Potteries for a while and watched them a few times - they also have some neanderthal fans though) Don't think either of these will happen. From the teams which have a chance then Liverpool. Relegated - Chelski (Pleeeeeease !) Always disliked everything about them and their fascist fans. Or - QPR (Justice catching up with them) Championship. Champions - Derby (because they deserved it last year) Wolves (Because of Kenny) or Norwich (Nice family club and our Dave will be happy) Relegated - Weeds, Baaadiff, and the Florists (All for obvious reasons) If I can extend this, then Div 1 - Champions Leyton Orient or Port Vale - relegated MK (Franchise) Dons. Div 2 - Champions Portsmouth (Fantastic support and I like the fan ownership idea) Relegated - Our dear neighbours (Do I need to explain why ?) Also - German Bundesliga Champions FC Köln (Obvious) and relegated Bayern Munich
Manchester United will be champions just to prove the players got David Moyes unemployed. I do not know who will finish at the bottom but Leicester City will be relegated as they have not strengthened their team apart from Leonardo Ulloa. West Ham United will also be relegate as they are not strong enough and have Sam Allardyce. The other team to fall will be Stoke City as they cannot stay lucky or Queens Park Rangers as Harry Redknapp will fail. Champions of the Championship will be Derby County, I feel this is my bones. Bottom will be Leeds United as they are entering a freefall.
Good reasoning Ak - but who would you LIKE to see top and bottom - even if you know it can't really happen
I would like man u to win the prem, Leicester, palace and QPR to go down. In the c championship we will get promotion with Derby (or Norwich!) 2nd, play off champs will be Bournemouth coz I like their manager, he'll go far! Would love to see Cardiff, Leeds and Notts Forest going down but that's wishful thinking!
In my dream world. Watford Charlton and Millwall up and Manchester Utd Palace and QPR down. Dream on....
What Mex said. Arsenal to win the Prem if only to keep the missus happy. Failing that pretty much anyone other than Chavski, Citeh, manure or either set of scousers.
Taking cologne's one regarding our neighbours a step further, they're at home to Stevenage on the last day of the season - how about Boro winning to go up while sending L*t*n down? For me, it's not so much about the ups and downs, but who might have a decent season. In the Prem, I hope Southampton do, just to show they can cope despite selling the players they have. I also hope Sunderland do, as my Grandad was from there and I remember as a child him telling me when he was a youngster, his Dad took him to see them. In the Championship, I'd like to see Bournemouth do well but not for the same reason as H. It's because there is a Jerseyman there and hopefully with Lewis Grabban gone, Brett Pitman will get more starts. I also hope Rochdale have a decent season in L1 for the same reason and that Peter Vincenti Jr. keeps chipping in with goals from midfield as he did in L2. I said that it's not about ups and downs, but I'd like Rotherham to go down because I can't stand Steve Evans. I do have to admit that it could be quite entertaining on the touchline when we play them!
I thought this was sensible. As not. Hull City premiership champions, black and goad will be good. Bottom Chelsea Championship first Brewntford Bottom Leeds United.
