"The first one is always the hardest to win, so I think Manchester City might find it a bit easier to win the title this year. Although Roberto Mancini would have liked to add a couple of new players, they've got a pretty formidable squad already and there's still time left for them to strengthen it even further." City will have learnt a lot from last year and so will Roberto Mancini. He will have learnt a lot about his players and how to handle them. Of course he had problems with Carlos Tevez and Mario Balotelli but he'll be better off for those experiences.
