    What PL teams are in decline and why...

    UTD are always in decline (so we are told) but still way better then the rest

    Chav FC its all down hill for them

    Liverpoop not in decline now, they are at there level, a mid table team

    Too many average foreign players whose main football ambitions have been
    fulfilled by joining an EPL team . The money they are paid takes away their
