Premier League chairmen are not normally noted for their patience. But they stand to set an unlikely record by NOT sacking anyone until December at the earliest.
Bookmakers make it 7-2 on that all 20 Premier League managers will survive until next month at least, the first time that has happened this century.

Despite fans' protests against Blackburn boss Steve Kean and eight straight defeats for Wigan under Roberto Martinez, no Premier League manager has been fired or walked out this season.
That contrasts sharply with the previous 10 seasons when there were 25 managerial casualties before mid- November, including such high-profile names as Jose Mourinho, Sir Bobby Robson and Glenn Hoddle.

League Managers' Association (LMA) chief Richard Bevan has welcomed the decline. He said: 'I'm sure the anniversary of Sir Alex Ferguson's 25 years at Manchester United last weekend reminds all clubs of what can be achieved with continuity and stability.
'The Premier League has managers with significant experience, which may also contribute to the current stability.
'Since 2001 there has been a peak [of managerial departures] in October and November. But the number appears to have fallen in recent years, and also seems to be occurring a little later.'
Plenty of managers have come under pressure this season. There have been regular demonstrations against Kean at Ewood Park but, so far, Blackburn's Indian owners, Venky's, have stood firmly behind their manager.
Wolves boss Mick McCarthy reacted furiously to some fans jeering his substitutions, while Bolton's Owen Coyle has also been under fire. Martinez's Wigan are bottom but chairman Dave Whelan has said: 'Roberto's position is never in question. I respect him and know I'll get 110 per cent from him.'
Stoke chairman Peter Coates, whose manager, Tony Pulis, is the fourth longest serving in the Premier League, thinks many owners fear being ridiculed if they sack their managers.
He said: 'Bolton put a lot of effort into getting Owen Coyle from Burnley, when he was hailed as the new Bill Shankly. Roberto Martinez chose to turn down Aston Villa in the summer to stay at Wigan and Blackburn's owners sacked Sam Allardyce to promote Steve Kean. Nobody wants egg on their faces.'
Kean remains odds-on favourite to be the first to go, with Sunderland's Steve Bruce second favourite after his friend Niall Quinn stepped down as chairman.
But William Hill spokesman Graham Sharpe believes the first departure could be a little while away, saying: 'It's like a shootout in the Wild West. Nobody wants to be the first to draw his gun, but you'll probably find that once one manager goes, there will be a rush.'
