Can anyone explain this one, is it us now effectively part of a reserve league? Or does it replace the academy. It simaliar to the olympics. You can have 3 over age players but in the development one you can also have an over age goalkeeper in addition to the 3 overage outfield players
Explains it´s self really. Here in germany they do a similar thing except the age thing is abit different. This is a top idea as the younger players get to play week in week out & there´s always a place or 3 for players that are coming back fron injuries or fringe players. It´ll give them hope because if they show they´re working hard & playing well they´ll get noticed. There is always 1 or 2 players that make the 1st team here in germany for 1 club or another.
