Since we all predicted a home win everyone got a least a point from our slaughter of the Wurzels. I would have had a very easy job if we'd lost And thanks to back to back correct scores, GLAMorgan has taken an early season lead! Just like us. I thought we were brilliant today, the passing was great and the closing down was superb. Conway and Mason star performers in a teams of great performances. However Bristol City were a mess and only beating them 3-1 was probably a let off for the Wurzels. Our next game won't be as easy. Brighton and Hove Albion were League One's run-away champions and with a brand new stadium (know the feeling well) and young manager Gus Poyet's attractive brand of football, the Seagulls have started off Championship life with two wins (Donny and Pompey). Former Watford star, Will Buckley, is a large threat on the wings and at a £1 mil price tag, seems a good bargain. Also up front is Mackail- Smith, who I think is over rated, but still a decent striker. I think we'll win but I can see us conceding. 2-1 for the Blue Sheep Good Luck
2-1 cardiff please mate but I agree with most people that it will not be an easy victory in the slightest !!
I'm loving looking down on you chaps! For a bit anyway As for Brighton. I have a soft spot for the seagulls, my dad being a Brighton boy. Used to see em as a lad and pleased that they're doing well. However, no mercy and plenty more goals to bring those hoody wearing gum chewing smack smoking gulls down to earth. I'm going for another 3-1.
I think I'll go 2-0 city for this one. So pleased with the whole new set up at the moment players who try 100% all the time a manager who is animated even when 3-0 up. Most of all a set of players and management team that seem to respect the club and its fans by the simple gestures made I.E Applauding the fans at the end of the game, a mention in an interview that was purely positive and a togetherness that shone when we scored and conceded!! A Happy Bluebird at the moment )
Brighton will be tough as they are still carrying the momentum from last season, I'll go for a sitting on the fence 1-1
I almost always go for 3 - 1 and changed it on sunday hoping for a clean sheet for the boys. doh! soIi'll revert to type, Cardiff winn 3 - 1 please!
