    The prediction league is back for season 2022-2023.

    It's the same as last season and the season before that!

    Win great prizes! (Hmmm...maybe not)

    Knock Daimungeezer off the winner's pedestal!

    The format will be the same as last season.

    Therefore each poster will be predicting the following for the stipulated games played by Swansea City in each calendar month:

    1. Number of points gained in the month (Championship games only)
    2. Number of goals scored (Championship and FA Cup games)
    3. Number of goals conceded (Championship and FA Cup games)

    Rules
    1. Only one entry per poster per month
    2. Entries must be made by the kick-off time of the first game in each calendar month. Predictions received after this deadline will not count and you may still be charged. There will be no exceptions whatever your miserable excuse.
    3. ONLY PREDICTIONS POSTED ON THE MONTHLY THREAD WILL BE ACCEPTED. Advance or repeat predictions are not allowed.
    4. In the event of a game being postponed or abandoned, the month will be put on hold until the game has been re-arranged and played.
    5. Entries should be made simply as 'X' points, 'Y' goals scored and 'Z' goals conceded where 'X', 'Y' and 'Z' shall be integers of your own choosing.
    6. Scoring of points: Any person predicting the correct number of points gained will score 5 prediction points. Any person who predicts 1 point more or less than the correct number (+ or -) will score 3 prediction points. Any person who predicts 2 points more or less than the correct number (+ or -) will score 1 prediction point. The same scoring system will apply to goals scored and goals conceded.
    7. A league table will be produced at the end of each calendar month.
    8. You can appeal against any errors made on my part <laugh>

    July will be merged with August. League Cup games will not be included. The 7 games to be predicted on are:

    Saturday 30th July
    CHAMPIONSHIP
    • Rotherham United 15:00 Swansea City
    Saturday 6th August
    CHAMPIONSHIP
    • Swansea City 15:00 Blackburn Rovers
    Saturday 13th August
    CHAMPIONSHIP
    • Blackpool 15:00 Swansea City
    Tuesday 16th August
    CHAMPIONSHIP
    • Swansea City 19:45 Millwall
    Saturday 20th August
    CHAMPIONSHIP
    • Swansea City 15:00 Luton Town
    Saturday 27th August
    CHAMPIONSHIP
    • Middlesbrough 15:00 Swansea City
    Wednesday 31st August
    CHAMPIONSHIP
    • Stoke City 19:45 Swansea City
    Predictions must be in by 14:59 on Saturday 30th July.
