To prevent people taking the piss and just trying to pick up bonus points by naming as many goal scorers as possible in my prediction competition I introducing a rule change as of now. If your prediction for either team is more than 3 goals greater than their actual score you will score 0 points. So if you predict we will beat City 5 â 0 and we only win 1 â 0 you will get nothing. If we win 2 â 0 you will qualify for points. This should give enough leeway, but stop any 10 â 0 score lines naming all the outfield players as goal scorers. I hope you all regard this as fair and within the spirit of the competition. Anyone who wishes to argue, better do so quickly.....
So if I predict QPR 0 Man C 11 and name 11 scorers and it turns out QPR 0 Man C 15 and four subs get the extra goals I'm f*cked!...
No, because you predicted fewer goals than were scored! Had you predicted 15 and there were only 11 then you'd be f*cked. If we didn't have the scorers many of us would have no points at all! I'm going to keep them, I think that it adds interest, especially if our predictions are going wrong early in the match.
Can we add-in a guess the attendace as well? Also, alongside the goalscorers, we can have the guessed goal time, 10 pts exact goal time, 7 pts within five minutes of the goal time, 5 pts within ten mins etc. Maybe we could do bonus points for the right goalscorers in order. We could even do it for the subs aswell to give an added interest. Another good idea would for us all to name the Man-of -the -match prediction competition thrown in as a Brucie Bonus.
thank god for that. next they will want bonus points for guessing the ammount of pies sold (should you decide to give bonus points for that one i go for 479 pies)

So I've been missing a trick to multiply my pathetic 1 point all this time, and now the loophole is closed? Sh*t! It greatly irks me that my point is courtesy of Clint Dempsey, a player I detest. I am beginning to worry about relegation which presumably means next season I may have to predict Palarces scores......
