Hard to decide between Allen, Sahin, Suso and Henderson in the team. But judging by Suso being on the bench, I reckon he will start. If Borini is fit to start then he will, in place of Assaidi. Though part of me feels that Downing will start.
Allen has been one of our better performers, he was rested for this Norwich game so I doubt very much he will be replaced. Think Suso is moe suited to the front 3 anyway.

Do we not have some sort of consensus on here that Suarez is far more effective when NOT played in the middle as a striker?
I think it is great that all four of Rodgers' signings are in strong contention for the starting eleven

I think you're team is the more realistic. For me its a toss up between Sahin and Suso for the 3rd midfield berth, Sahin is technically brilliant, but Suso has quick feet and drives at the opposition. I would like to see Sahin to come on as a sub for Gerrard and Suso to start the game.

Leaving Suso out was tricky, but Sahin deserves a start for those two goals. Suso or Henderson on for Gerrard later. Henderson on as a more defensive sub, if we're winning; Suso a more attacking sub, if we're drawing / losing at the time. Assaidi has played himself into a start, I'd say; and Borini, if recovered, needs games. I'd give Yesil a start if Borini is injured, as he looked lively.
question; what has sterling done wrong to get dropped? not tha ti don't agree with assaidi but borini wouldn't get a game if i were manager
