http://www.thesportspredictor.com/#/...pro?_f_mp=true Where will everyone finish? You decide. Thread bookmarked so that we can see who came closest at the end of the season.
I think this season is going to be very hard to predict but I'll do the top 7 Chelsea City United Arsenal Everton Liverpool Spurs It'll be tight at the top and I think the said top four will be battling for the title with City and Chelsea standing out from the others. I can't actually decide who will win the title but I've gone for Chelsea out of pure bias. I also can't decide who will finish 3rd out of United or Arsenal. Don't think Liverpool will be near as good as last season, Champions League football and no Suarez to have some negative effect I think, but again can't decide out of Everton and Liverpool to finish 5th. Going to be a very good season though.
Very tricky. I'd say: Man City Chelsea Man Utd Arsenal Liverpool Everton Spurs If United under Van Gaal start scoring well, they could even make 2nd. City and Chelsea for the title, though, with United and Arsenal pushing all the way. I think that with our cup and CL 'distractions' (CL is a nice distraction, though) we won't finish top four, but we'll be there or thereabouts for a good portion of the season. We'll probably fade away around Jan/February. Positions 5,6,7 are just as hard to call. I think Spurs will definitely do better than last season but, despite that, I'm not sure they'll finish above Everton, who have an enviable defence. Man Utd fans will no doubt expect to win the title this year. With no CL and EL --as with us last season-- they have no real excuse if they don't. They talked-the-talk, when the positions were reversed, so let's see if they can walk-the-walk this season. Regardless, this will be another exciting season in the PL. Who'll finish top 4 is almost as open as who'll finish bottom 2. What a fantastic league we have! I'm going to love every moment of it: win, lose or draw. And, remember, those who covet the premiership crown: there's many a slip twixt the cup and the lip! . . . And that's from a Liverpool fan!
1) Chelsea 2) Man City 3) Arsenal 4) Man Utd 5) Liverpool 6) Spurs 7) Everton --- 18) Leicester 19) Burnley 20) Aston Villa
1. Chelsea 2. United 3. Arsenal 4. Liverpool 5. City Southampton, palace and burnley to go down. Less than ten points between 2nd and 5th.
City Chelsea --------- Arsenal --------- Liverpool Man U /Everton ---------- Spurs / Crysdull Pulis Sunderland/Newcastle Villa/ WBA/ Soton / Stoke/ West Ham/ Hull / Swans QPR ------- Leicester Burnley * ------ indicates a gap of 4 or more points.
