Pre-Spurs match drunken rambles

Wasn't going to bother with this after the Leicester match when I spent a fortune on a great weekend only spoiled by the match but I went to Villa and saw something I haven't seen for a few seasons ......... class!

It seems to have been missed, to some extent, but we had moments when myself, and people around me, we're thinking, "Wow, this is how I remember it ....... passing, fighting, believing."

Toivonen was like a blonde Porterfield, M'Vila shooed everyone away so he could concentrate on the free kick and Lens 'decided' he was going to reward the fantastic support by waltzing through the Villa defence and whacking the ball into the net.

Now, I've decided I want to see more of that and have started the tortuous process of lining up tickets, accommodation & transport. The tickets will come through one or other of the great lads on here and the transport may well be one of the free coaches Spurs are putting on ....... train into London and a little card to hold up 'Deaf & Dumb' so I can sit reading a book without some Cockney knobsack boring me to fling mesel out of the emergency exit.

After that it'll be the Victory or the Colliery and into the SOL to a virtual sell-out and a return of our pride.
Anyone who thinks we can't win, are shyte or are a shambles will laugh at this but .......... IDGAF!

 

Let's hope for a good result. Fair play to you for getting the coach for that journey. You should look at flights from heathrow or gatwick, found one at £70 return for the man city game, check sky scanner.

Spurs will be tough, but are lacking an edge at the moment, and I hope we can exploit that.
