Does our pre-season flatter to deceive? every year we seem to see the same things: -fans clearly see we need signings -wenger doesn't (althought this year he says how he'll be "busy" - yh right) -we start pre-season with little or no signings -we do well in pre-season..win matches 4..5-0, the emirates cup champions -wenger becomes optimistic and goes back on wanting to sign anyone purely because pre-season was a ball! FLATTER TO DECEIVE!! we enter into the real world..the ugly premier league (not no panzie..selective footballing teams like pre-season) and our true colours come out! i see wenger signing NOBODY else...trying to pull the wool over our eyes saying cesc n fabs and vermaelen are like new signings (that should shut the fans up) and we go through same saga again. i say it once and i'll say it again - have little expectation because wenger will "believe" til the heavens come down..it won't mean will win anything. believe but don't be delusional!
