I think they will play Harley in the friendlies and see if he fits in well. I have a friends who is an Exeter fan and said he was quality and would easily make the step up to the Championship but since we got promoted he isnt too sure that he is ready/good enough for the step up to that level. Best scenario would be (assuming he isnt quite upto prmeiership grade yet), loan him out to a top level championship side (maybe boro or team like that) and if he shows he is able to make the grade and we stay up bring him back, if we dont stay up then we have a good championship player, if he isnt good enough cut losses asap instead of keeping him on the books for a long time like butler :/
