    I see Adel has used his usual summer routines, no training, plenty of eating! Coming back with an extra chin and Roberto Carlos looking legs (without the muscles), we won't see him start a game before October.

    I know these are the official photos and they want to show the club at its best, but it really is great to see how genuinely happy everyone looks.

    Given the recent record at home against Swansea can't wait for the first game up. I fancy a 4-0 turn around of last years opening game, although look at the good that did Bolton.

    The difference is Warnock would let him off training hard. Hughes will have him sweating his bollocks off.

    Wasn't it Warnock who said Adel didn't do training? The only way he got any fitness training done was playing games, should be a regular during pre season then :)

    The pictures a great though! What a difference in personel from this time last year :shocked:

    I dont mind, Hughes has got him working defensively which is something Warnock couldnt do. I either want Taarabt working hard or nor being here at all. I dont want him pissing about.
    Signings like Park will give him someone to look up to. I do think hes finally "got it" and understands what he needs to do.

    saying that, he will have a strop within 3 games and tell everyone he wants to go to Milan!

    Looking at the pictures and seeing the new faces etc, it is hard to take
    on board that its less than two months since the game at City. Pinch myself.

    Joey said on twitter (believe it or not) that he'd been at pre season.
    Guess its not really in line with the global brand strategy to show JB in anyway shape or form.

    Tarbs looks fat and un fit??...I think he looks quite trim. Hes never been slim,but Ive see him bigger than that. Can even see some definition in his ches and abs!
