looks like saints arent going to play eastleigh pre-season this year
always look foward to this game and it seems a shame it looks as though it wont happen.
also totton have a very impressive new ground and we may not play there either
would you saints fans prefer pre season games with local opposition or games against bigger not so local clubs?

I wouldn't mind playing one or the other, However I much prefer to see us tested against stronger opposition so Adkins can see how the team is shaping and what tactics or formation he likes and also where we need to strengthen. COYR! :)

Aren't the under-21's playing Eastleigh at some point?

the u18s and u21s are paying local teams. The u18s are playing Winchester City on Saturday. You never know, you might see Jason Puncheon there!

Can't send Jason. U18s refers to age not IQ.

The Under 21s are playing Eastleigh much like last season's match - although Pulis and Bart were involved as well. Last season, Pardew sent the entire first team squad to watch the first half, fans got a chance to meet them a get autographs etc - be good if Adkins did the same again.
