Supporters can now pre-order their Official Matchday Programme ahead of our first ever FA Cup Final. The Official Programme will feature plenty of information on Hull City and Arsenal as well as details of this seasonâs competition and our progression through to the Wembley Final. We expect to receive delivery of Official Matchday Programmes on Friday 16th May. Please note that delivery to you is not guaranteed before the day of the game. Are you sure this is right OLM? For the semi the girl in the official booth on the CW concourse said that as my Club Wembley tickets didn't have a 'FAN number' printed on them, I couldn't have a 'free' programme. But it does say the programme is included in the email, and there is a FAN number in the emails (I didn't have the email with me, but she was so insistent I don't think it would have made any difference). At £10 a pop for the final programme, it would be nice to know if we do definitely get one or not ... or in my case two as I have two tickets.
In Club Wembley, you definitely get a free programme, I don't know how they could claim otherwise when on the tickets it actually says: If your tickets are Gold, Silver or Club tickets you can redeem a free match day programme which you can collect from any merchandise and programme kiosk by presenting your printed ticket. These are located on the Club Wembley concourse on Level Two of the Stadium. Don't take no for an answer next time and I'll mention it to them at Club Wembley.
If you could that would be good -- and clarify this FAN number thing if possible because the e-tickets don't have the FAN number on. I will take the email as well this time.
I've emailed you my fan number just in case. I've emailed to everyone I've sorted tickets for, I don't know why it's not on the tickets, it normally is(and it is on all the purchase confirmations).
