Here’s the lowdown from Sean O’Driscoll’s pre-match press conference ahead of the Sky Bet League One clash with Brentford.

The team are still looking for their first league win of the 2013/14 campaign, and O'Driscoll has been speaking ahead of the next encounter.

These are the key points from the head coach’s pre-match presser.

    * - Enforced change required with Aden Flint suspended, Lewis Dunk to come in

*- Marvin Elliott is back in the squad, but Louis Carey remains absent and James Wilson has an ankle problem

*- O’Driscoll says club has been knocked back on potential loan incomings, adding: “we’re not attractive in our current position”

*- Head coach says City still suffering from individual errors rather than being “too open”

*- Ideally O’Driscoll wouldn’t chop and change team selection too much

*- Players aren’t feeling sorry for themselves, says the boss, instead they are “frustrated”

*- O’Driscoll wants players to do the “right things” not the “easy things”

*- Importance of support at Ashton Gate shouldn’t be underestimated, adds the head coach

He didn't he took issue with a section of "support", much the same as Johnson [the Dolman] and Steve Lansdown [the interneteers .. and more] have.

    Some more from SOD.....

    * "We've been pretty consistent, we just haven't been getting consistent results."

    * "The longer it goes on, it becomes untenable for everybody - players as well as supporters and coaching staff. "

    * "We're all in it together and everyone is trying to front up."

    * "We're not looking to blame anybody. We want to look at the things we can do better."
