This is a serious post and I'm not exaggerating so please excuse me. The last time we went I had two of my sons and my brother, who doesn't go much and has no animosity to Burnley. We arrived early and sat on a table outside a pub not far from their ground. The locals, passing by, were like a parade of circus freaks and weirdos who'd bought their clothes from 'Help the Aged'. There can't be a dentist in the town because none, who grunted insults at us, had a full set of teeth. I'm planning to go but will spend the night at Hebden Bridge which is 10 miles, but light years, away.
