Just pray to god Birmingham don't score again today. Because if they go on 37 points today, we are really, really in the crapper next week.

It is over 8 hours since anyone playing forward of full-back scored a goal for us. We don't miss Bent - no-o-o-o-o-o. We wouldn't have him back - no-o-o-o-o-o! Not frigging much, we wouldn't!

Cutey, I think you are wrong I would not have Bent back but you have hit the nail on the head………..the squad has no depth, out of the squad you can barely just pick a team…………….. that’s not good enough even in the fizzy pop league……………….. the loss of bent should have been absorbed by the squad

You guys have a lot more depth than us. There's no way in hell we could swap out almost all of our midfield with decent starting alternatives like you guys did today.

Well, you're entitled to your opinion, and I'll respect it, of course. But I think if Bent had been on our bench and Bruce had brought him on after 80 minutes today, there would have been quite a few sighs of relief. They may very well have been grudging sighs - but when you're a goal down ten minutes from the end, who would you prefer to see to Bent in the whole EPL? I was hurt as hell when he left, sure. But look at our record without him. For the good of the club, I'd take him back. He delivers.

The daft thing is, he might STILL end this season as our top scorer, and he left half-way through it!

Can I just end by thanking both you and Chappaz for flatly ignoring that other clown. I always do. Cheers, both.
