My boy had the honour of being mascot today and just wanted to say that the players were really great to him. They chatted to him, Liam Rosenior did keepy - uppy with him and they came across as a really good bunch and he had a memorable day as did his Mum and Dad. We were actually been escorted round back of the ground to seats at the City end when we scored - but for once didn't mind missing the goal for the thrill of seeing him on the pitch with the players.
Nice one mate. It'll be a great memory for him. Met Rosey at one of those OSC nights and he's incredibly down to earth and humble.
Yes, he gave a really good interview to Burnsy last week on RH - said how much he was just enjoying his football and no moans about the 3-5 -2 meaning he isn't getting as many games. I'd love to see him stay after this season but above all hope he gets to play regularly somewhere.
