Talk sport this morning reporting that Diego is receiving interest from Barcelona, apparently in one of the papers today, unfortunately I missed which! Can't find anything online yet. What was more annoying was the presenter said "Charlton whiz kid... that's a sentence I never thought I'd say" even more annoying I can't recall the presenters name!
Sky Sports mentioned Gus Poyet talking to The Sun about Diego playing at the Nou Camp, so I assume it was the sun. I didn't have Gus down as the type but maybe it's a bit of promotion of his son? Almost like an agent tactic. Or just media talking rubbish.... never.
In his recent profile in the program Poyet commented on the problems of living at home while his dad is oop north and his mum is with his dad, which is most of the time. I wonder if the club are doing anything to help? It must be hard for an 18-year-old, and this situation may affect his decision.
