A very short nap. Could be a few seconds shutdown to up to 15 minutes snoozing. Supposedly a power kip can recharge you as well/better than a longer nap. Some athletes (sprinters mainly) like to have a power kip in between same day races.
+1 for power naps. Anytime between 2pm-4pm I try and grab 15 mins on the sofa if I'm at home. Feel recharged and refreshed and sleep better at night too
Same. Not every day. But if I’ve put in a heavy shift at the gym I’ll quite often take a 20-30 kip in the PM.
tried that to no avail. I also got that thing where you can't visualise things. So if counting sheep there are no sheep in my minds eye or whatever. Just me counting I'd love to know how I can just nod off at will

Depends. Sometimes you wake up feeling worse. But overall i think they work. You body tells you when it's shut off time.
