Hope you have a great away day now that TW*TCAP has gone Also hope the lads do you proud and we dont Kop it but as Harry and John used to say Kewell never Wark alone SiS PS Must be 50years since Ifirst went to ANFIELD with the lads Can not remember the score or our team KTF/UTP
SIS, Can we move on from TP? I think most posting on here are of the opinion that TP was hopeless, clueless, stubborn etc. I wrote an article on here which went out separately to all 200 Southern Supporters Club members. It was very evident to me that I obviously upset some on here by the article being balanced as few commented. In that article I also felt that supporters should remember what Tony Pulis achieved for the club and the community. Like most I wanted a change and I am only glad it happened after the final game of the season. I look forward to the new season but am concerned that again goals may be at a premium. I also think it a shame that we start with such tough games away from home. I also hope that this season we play more football.
Pulis has gone, so can we move on, He was all square pegs in round holes. Let's attack every week, it won't look so bleak, Mark Hughes has a plan to score goals.
Steady on Cris! Here is a prediction for you all; Come the end of the season, some on here and elsewhere will be pining for the good old days under Pulis, when we DIDN'T get relegated. No, I'm not joking. Mods...can you sticky this please?
Nicky I am under no illusions that we may struggle this season. However, I have read reports from the USA tour which sounded encouraging. I was also pleased we did not take a pasting against Genoa. I think you know me well enough to accept that I do not like negativity or personal abuse. I sincerely hope MH gets the backing of the supporters and his Chairman. I also hope we have not swapped one tight lipped Welshman for another!
O.K. so I'm off to Liverpool this weekend.. let's see where you are all sitting fellow stockies and I don't mean in the arm chair at home. I'm in Block 124 Row 22 seat 93 only problem, it looks fairly close to the Pool fans re Anfield Rd end. BRiNG it ON!
We all know that since promotion, Stoke have yet to score a goal at Anfield. Win, lose or draw on Saturday, if we do nick a goal. Think of Paul Bracewell, the last Stoke player to do just that. So I was told earlier. Up and at em lads. I was wrong it was Paul Pesky Solido 18 years ago!!
Potts, Now that is a stat that needs fixing, but you never know it may be like left backs, you wait ages for one, then two come along at the same time.
