For a start he will have money to spend, if there is no money their will be no MON.
He will sign proven players who are British/Irish or who have played over here for a while. I doubt we will see any star names more solid quality.
The priorities will be a striker and a centre half. He might look at a Lb or left winger. I expect a few to go too, probably in the midfield with a replacement being bought in.
As for names I don't have a clue, one thing Oneil has never had in his sides is a proven goal scorer?? So it will be interesting to see what he does.
