Couple of young-uns maybe... Everton and Sunderland will go head-to-head to sign Swedish youngsters Nikola Laden and Emilio Rossi. BK Hacken pair Laden, 18, and Rossi, 19, are attacking midfielders who have been outstanding for Sweden Under-18s, alerting a host of Premier League clubs to their availability. Everton and Sunderland are keen to bring the youngsters, who are regarded as the two hottest young prospects in Scandinavia, to England - while Championship sides West Ham and free-spending Leicester are monitoring the situation. Both will feature in the national Under-19s final against Kalmar this Sunday, where some of Europeâs elite clubs will run the rule over the youngsters, and BK Hacken, who play in the Swedish Premier League, are resigned to losing the pair. Sunderland are understood to be keen on bringing them both to the North East within the next 14 days to beat off competition from the European big boys.
I hope it true, building a good yong squad bodes well providing we dont forget the older ones we need now.
Sign the promising youngsters....good idea..just like what Arsenal do...only they tend to make the first team and play at Arsenal, whereas we tend to send them out on loan
Get them over, agree deal then sign pre contract agreement to come into force when window opens, I think.
Lets hope they aren't "for the future" signings if we do get one or both play them FFS, it's the only way they'll get the experience.
What's the point...they are too young and Brucie won't play them at that age. They'd be mad to come to us, disappear into the reserves, gain no experience and lose any confidence they have built up else where. He's such a numpty.
