im not saying what he done was right, obviously he did wrong and should of gone to the police. but as a parent if i was being threatened with my child, i dont know what i would do. you wont know until your in that position. so he thought he would protect his son but then the crooks wanted more. 106 calls pushing him threatening again and again, with that pressure, its easy to give in. i dont agree with his actions but i understand them and feel sorry for him in a way. he didnt trust the police to protect his son and i could see a lot of people in his position would do the same.
Trouble is CJS all that could be his way to weasel out of what he has done. If he is telling the truth then i do feel a tad sorry for him. But if he isn't i hope he got soap on a rope.
i got no reason to disbeleave him. he admitted everything and not denied anything. he came clean but should of gone to the police straight away. all this over £300!!!!
I'm not sure the Judge believed him!! Why borrow money from people like that. Surely he had other options. I'm sure Wize would have loaned him £300 if he would of asked
