Presented trophy at home to Huns could be interesting, or will sfa change their rules to stop it happening ????least would let them see the trophy for the last time , long time until they see it again

All I want is for the SPL trophy to be properly cleaned and shined up well. We don't want to touch it tainted in any way.
You know Harry, its hard to gloat about Rangers but sure why not. The Rangers clowns on here will probably not follow the
new club as they are very loyal.

i would guess the thursday is because the huns are playing at home on the wednesday.

i think the scheduling would be a disgrace if the league was not already won. not once do we play before them

Who cares, the league is over, the huns spoiled the fun by cheating for 20 years then getting themselves kicked out of this title race.

A load of exhibition style League friendlies coming up with only the Scottish Cup to compete in (which if we don't win will hand Rangers the "haha Celtic didn't do the double" cup after their recent "haha Celtic didn't win the treble" success) which should give us some time to practice for the Champions League campaign next year.

I asume we will field a weakened team against motherwell, resting some key players for the huns game. Unfortunately , this might have the added effect of helping motherwell gain 3 points on rangers ( administration ) but , obviously, we have to do whats right for us........

If we do get presented with the trophy at Parkhead when Rangers come calling, will they form a guard of honour and applaud us onto the park?

I wouldn't hold my breath but maybe.

I hope we get it before the game so the Jambos have to watch Lennon and Broon hoisting it high :emoticon-0136-giggl

The only reason I ask is I recall quite a stink when last year's champions did not get applauded onto the park at Paradise.

Wasn't that two or three years ago?

They won the league on the last day last year.

But, yes, I recall them moaning about it.

I think this year the SPL trophy is been handed over by two legends. John Wilson and John Greig

It's still not been handed over.

I assume you are talking about something that will happen in the future therefore 'being' rather than 'been' is the correct word to be used.

    You're welcome.

That would be a fair assumption as he would've used the preposition "has" instead of "is".

<applause> You, very succinctly, took the words out of my mouth. (I thought about an eloquent response to rival that of anything produced by Calliope ...........but I lost the will to type it up and had a pizza instead.)
