****ing clueless twat...."its difficult but what can you do" How about ****ing off http://www.qpr.co.uk/news/article/q...nference-sheffield-united-fa-cup-2181255.aspx
Look what he's doing lads. He's said four or five times in that 3 minute clip that loan players are no good to him now, he had to play tired players because he has no-one else and there's not a thing being done in the window so far. He's not one bit disappointed with today. I think he's quietly very happy. His point to the Chairman couldn't have been rammed home any better.
not normally critical but I reckon Redknapp's performance was every bit as embarrassing as any of the player today.
See Harry talking the Defoe deal down, kinda makes me think there might be something in it. I think Tony takes flack online from fans about the older players we've brought and is weary because of it though. Imagine the outcry if we sign Defoe and within a fortnight he was out for a month. How many people would say what a waste of money especially with the whole Football League, FFP thing out there as well.
Instead of the following, he should be saying along the lines of:- " I gave a few players the opportunity to prove something today and I am bitterly disappointed by their performances, also the lack of leadership demonstrated by senior players (Rio) and I apologize to our faithful supporters who wasted their time & money attending this shambles" Bugger this nonsense about how great the other side was, give our lot a kick up the arse! QPR manager Harry Redknapp: "They looked sharper than us all over the pitch. "They were brighter and better than us and looked like a team that had 10 days without playing a game - we were playing our fourth and looked lethargic. We looked sluggish today. "They thoroughly deserved their win. They played well and you've got to give them the credit."
Exactly. The Board shouldn't just stop Harry buying more near pensonist players like Rio and Defoe, they should fire him and bring in a new Manager and new players if they want us to stay in the PL after May.
That's a pretty poor response from Harry. If his team were jaded due to the number of games over Christmas then there are enough players in the squad to have rested most of them. Personally I don't want to hear that the other team were brighter and sharper, we are two leagues above them and should have a squad capable of beating them comfortably.
