Just come across this in the paper today.
    http://www.thisisbristol.co.uk/Bris...insists-Nick/story-15222869-detail/story.html

    Nick Higgs:
"I have had several conversations with the rugby club chairman Chris Booy, who continues to express an interest in coming with us.

"If they did go somewhere else, it would mean some loss of income for us in terms of events, bar takings and catering.

"But we are looking at alternatives if that were to be the case and talking to other people who could take their place – although I can't go into details as they are confidential.

If the rugby couldn't join us in our new stadium who else would be interested in sharing with us???:emoticon-0104-surpr

We could always have Bath rugby share with us there not getting anywhere with the rec plus they get bigger gates then Bristol which would be extra revenue for us.

Sharing with GCCC would be great, but the playing area is probably not
    large enough for cricket.
Bath Rugby would be favourites..they would generate fantastic matchday
income. Clifton Rugby also a possibility. If they own their ground at Cribbs
that would be a profitable asset to realize.

I was only kidding about the cricket sharing with us. they would generate less money then Bristol rugby.
