Reading some of the posts today I sense a little bit more positivity in us.
we have prospects in young players like Asoro, the 2 man utd lads, Watmore, Pva has looked good in pre season.
Now if the club get their act together and offer Kone new deal which he deserves and we finally sign Mvilla and a new striker, I'd be very optimistic about the coming season.
    I'm staying hopeful and optimistic.
    Hawaaaaaayyyyyyyy.

So wouldI, unfortunately I just don't think it will happen. In fact I'm utterly convinced.

That's the thing that pisses me off the most. I was genuinely more positive about the future of SAFC than I have ever been at the end of the last season. It was so, so easy to get this transfer window right:

    1. Make loans permanent.
    2. Tie Kirchhoff down to a long term deal.
    3. Give Kone the contract he was promised.
    4. Sign a creative mid, forward, and defensive cover.

We should have been looking forward to a season of comfortable mid-table mediocrity. Instead, I am now genuinely more negative about SAFC than I have ever been. Think we're nailed-on for relegation, personally.

Janujaz will do the job for us I reckon, he is mad about the way he was treated at Man u, so he will be fired up, and against his derby rivals on Sat if we sign him in time, or our derby rivals the Boro !, the N Ireland lad seems a canny player has experience, Watmore is flying so to speak just needs to get a few goals, maybe Shrewsbury ? I would play Larsson, the new Scottish lad, Asoro and Borini in the cup game, If we sign Junajaz (can't spell his name) maybe Jones etc.

That he asked for a transfer? Did they not see it last night? Timings confuse the **** out of me with being in this time zone.

It's a results business, it does not matter who we sign or don't sign. What matters is points on the board. There are 3 games until the window shuts. 6 points from 3 would be a success. 4 woukd be OK. If we do that then we probably got the window and pre season right. If not the finger can be pointed at the club.
