    • How quick was Ritchie De Laet. It was like watching Kyle Naughton at times
    • How good was Anthony Knockaert's free kick. Gave the keeper no chance
    • Great goal from Futacs. Probably won't get the recognition. It deserves

    De Laet was dynamite. Quality.

We now know that not even Hinckley Utd would take him on loan.

Game time for SSL and Whitbread

Danns must surely stop moaning now, missed his chance.

Alot of them have missed their chance, and im glad that Pearson recognised this.

Agree that Knockeart had a good game, but Dyer will start on Sat <doh>, although this could be because Knockeart doesn't have 90 mins in him atm.

Knockaert was played on the right for most of it, did anyone else think he looked better on the left?

The best thing about last night was that it showed the players that they aren't as good as they think - sometimes you need a arsekicking to drive you forward.

Did Beckford get any game time?

Whilst the Foxes cup hopes went for a Burton so did many others. Hull Citys drowned in the keepMOAT and Stoke potters were smashed by Di Canio's marvels. Chuck in Fulham, Bolton, Birmingham, Blackburn, Ipswich, Watford, Crystal Palace, and it was a good night for the underdogs.

More to the point,, HOW LONG HAS NIGEL PEARSON GOT LEFT IN HIS JOB ? Lose to Blackpool and the pressure surely will be on. What do Leicester fans think of the situation at the moment ? Looking at it you had a very strong team out last night.

I would be surprised if Beckford left. Who is daft enough to want to pay that lazy s.o.b. £40k a week then ?

He isn't on 40K. He is on around 25-30K. QPR seem to want to buy everyone. Some prem teams will be interested but we may have to do a deal with the wages

    QPR :)

They seem to be chucking money around for fun. They offered Kieron Dyer a contract and it WASN'T a pay as you play deal. And guess what happened? He got injured for the whole season. Shocker!

Read that Pearson had a virtually identical start at Hull last season before turning them around. I know circumstances may be different but it proves he's capable.

You can only hope that this defeat will mean everyone takes a long hard look at each other and begin to pull in the same direction.

No Futacs did, not sure why ppl are Beckford bashing, thought he had a great game against Peterborough and can't really be frozen out/sold because of a single half at Charlton.

We need Vardy, Nugent, Beckford and Futacs as our main strikers, the rest can go for me.

If he was that good last night, he wouldn't have let 4 goals in.

No but he is one of your defenders who try and defend players getting past them in order to score - the clue is in the name.

    'De Laet' ?

Delaet meaningThe meaning of Delaet come may come from a trade, such as the name "Dean" which may have been adopted by members of the clergy. Many of these craft-based last names can be a profession in another language.

    I'm none the wiser buddy...
