larrson was outstanding on Saturday imo, ran miles tracked back put great tackles in, linked up well going for and put a lovely ball in for Jozy where it looked impossible to miss. The other highlight for me was Vergini's nutmeg on Nolan that the crowd loved and Nolan was visibly upset his face changed as he was so embarrassed by it, he then deliberately took Vergini out and surprise surprise just got a telling off. Another player who is seemingly allowed to foul with there never been any consequences along with the mags check tiote.

Very happy with Larsson, still maintain he needs to start arriving in the box instead of making himself available for the backward pass, he's not the only CM we have does it either. In fact there's only Rodwell who puts himself in the box looking to score. Who's going to put the ball into the box with only on man in there? We've got two advanced CMs on the pitch who are protected by Catts, at least one should be busting a gut to support our striker to give options for a delivery. Instead the ball just ends up going backwards then across the pitch to painfully and slowly try to switch play where we just run into another cul-de-sac, meanwhile opponents defences have all the time in the world to deal with what usually ends up being an easy to defend deep cross to nobody.

Our CMs need some balls. Our defence has been excellent. Time to trust them and look for goals, this means certain players need to step out of their comfort zone and take the game by the scruff of it's neck.
