Had to be done although he was severely financially restricted in what he could spend on new signings. As was Trollope to a lesser degree.

Nevertheless it is clearly time for Trollope to go. Who to come in?

On WoL someone commented about a potential target for us being approached by St. Mirren. Don't know who but guessing Warnock. If so, he lives in Devon I think, so surely south Wales is better for his home life than Scotland?
 
We need Warnock or someone like him. We don't need a philosophy or to plan for the future. We need an actual football manager who knows how to motivate a group of players to play to their strengths. We'll stay up if we appoint him soon, if we wait till we're really marooned at the bottom of the table maybe it'll be too late to turn around.
 
We have no chance of getting Warnock. I'd eat my shoe if we do.

I fear the board are going to keep Trollope in charge until it's all too late!
