    Just goes to show that posession doesn't win you games and that it's what you do with the ball that counts.
    Unbelievable statistics from Burnley vs Liverpool.
    It's only early doors but Burnley look well organised and difficult to break down (as do Hull!!)

    Great result for the so call "bashers" but the greatest statistic is when the ball is in the net.Possession now is moving it around aimlessly at the back which people are trying to convince now is probing for a opening or to draw the opposition out.

    Why is there never a statistic for attack moves?

    Wadya mean.... Possession is mega important man... The mags had loads against us and loads of shots. That's all that matters. The score isn't important

    MOTD gave great credit (rightly so) to Burnley for their deep two lines of four , frustrating Liverpools attacking. Funny, when we do that it's parking the bus, anti football, showing no interest in winning etc
