The eldest daughter is over from China soon and we are thinking of popping over to Portugal for a week in May. I’ve never been there before but I have been told Lisbon is very nice. Any of you been there and, if so, any tips?
Not been myself but one of my daughters was in Lisbon last week for a short stop, did some sightseeing and said she would defo go back.
It's one of my favourite cities in the world. If you want to see as much as possible I would suggest the purchase of a transit tap and go card which allows you to use the trams, buses and subway all across the city. Enjoy you trip and don't forget to have a portugese (belem) tart and beer for me.
